We all know this person. In the academy, he talked about how things would be different when he was Chief of Police (or Sheriff). God's gift to law enforcement and a legend in his own mind, and he hadn't even written a parking ticket yet. Some cops age like fine wine, he's aged like milk. He knows many facts that are not true, and believes his personal prejudices are IMMUTABLE LAWS OF GOD. So start calling him/her SuperCop, then start wearing the shirt. Odds are he won't get it.
